Poway Braces & Dr William Thomas are located right in the heart of Poway - next to the new Walgreens on the corner of Community and Poway Road. The office is in the back of Poway Valley Center - which is situation on the North side of Poway Road. We are one of only a few Orthodontists who call Poway home full time with convenient hours Monday through Thursday including early 7am appointments available as well.

Often, patients who otherwise are told they require jaw surgery, come to us and finish just like this patient did – a great bite, smile, and no jaw surgery.

Fantastic Poway Braces Finishes

These are the beginning photos for a young lady who recently had her braces finished by Dr Thomas & we’re so proud of her (above blog shows how she finished)! She came to us after having had a few years of braces elsewhere and was unsure as to what to expect with a new office.

After our exam, and detailed conversations, Poway braces / Dr Thomas arrived at a non surgery and non extraction treatment plan that included more recent advanced technology. With the use of this technology, and using the Damon system of braces, she ended up with this absolutely beautiful result - see our next blog for her final results!

Poway Earth Day!

What a Fantastic Day for Poway! Midlland Road was shut down and vendors, restaurants, and local businesses shared their services and visions for those in attendance. Poway Braces, Dr. Thomas and his team (Rene and Yasman) met hundreds of Poway Residents, had a great time and enjoyed having so many children spin our wheel to win fun prizes! Thank you Poway!

Dr Thomas is now certified to use the technique called Wilkodontics!! In his ongoing quest to provide quality orthodontic treatment and care, Dr Thomas recently attended an intensive advanced training course taught by the inventors of the technique (Dr’s Wilcko and Wilcko) in Erie Pennsylvania.

Poway Street Fair

What a wonderful time Poway had with its street fair. Dr Thomas & Poway Braces were well represented and had a booth with prized, a spin the wheel event, and a Flat Screen TV Raffle. Over 300 families stopped by and met Dr. Thomas and Yasman and received prizes for spinning the wheel. Poway Braces prides itself on civic participation - we enjoyed meeting so many fellow Poway Residents and sharing the latest information about braces and orthodontics with them.

Our practice and Dr. Thomas have been in the Poway Community for over 15 years and have treated thousands of families in Ramona, Poway, Sabre Springs, Rancho Bernardo, PQ, Scripps Ranch, and surrounding areas.

Poway BBQ / Movie Night A Huge Hit!

We had over 500 terrific families and friends join us for our first BBQ / Movie Night in the Park & it was fantastic! A Big Thank you to everyone who came & shared in our fun. The weather was perfect, no wind, the Face Painter Clown did an incredible job, Rob the DJ was perfect, the special demonstration by Master Huong with his team with Tae Kwon do including board breaking was wild, and of course, the movie "Alice in Wonderland" was very realistic watching it between the trees.
